Art - Students will learn the basics of 2D art. Learning about line, color, shape and other techniques and how they are combined to create art. Art projects will be based on history and skills, helping students become confident in their skills. 3D art may be introduced depending on materials and space.

Music- Students will learn the basics of music notation, moving to the beat, knowledge of different instruments and composers while also learning about BIblical figures and how they relate to music, and how music relates to us now. 

PE/Movement - The children will enjoy movement while learning different skills. Basic Skills: Jump Roping, hopscotch, kicking a ball, catching, throwing, and running. Sports Skills: They will learn the basic skills and rules involved in various sports while learning to play modified versions. Anatomy: Basic knowledge of bones, muscles, and how they work together to achieving movement.

Home Economics - The children will learn the following skills with an emphasis on safety and hands-on projects. Kitchen Skills: Safety in the kitchen, how to follow a recipe, how to measure ingredients, how to use the tools available, the difference between baking and cooking. Leather working: How to use a hammer for tooling, how to care for leather, about different types of leather, how to create a pattern on leather. Wood working: How to safely use and care for the tools, different types of wood, and different carving methods, how to use small power tools with an adult always present, basic carpentry, how to measure, sand and care for wood for the projects they create. Sewing: How to sew different types of stitches, how to use the tools, how to repair clothing and how to create and follow a pattern.
